This arrived from eBay today. It’s something I’ve been after for a while so I’m keen to share my initial impressions.
I don’t do unboxing in the usual sense with new product, but this is something rather nice and I doubt you will find another out there any time soon. Continue reading “Senn Sound 8 Track Stereo Recorder Deck. Unboxing”

The amplifiers are similar, so perhaps I could fit a socket to my Cyrus One? But is it a good idea? Continue reading “A DC PSX like power socket for Mission Cyrus One”

One is very desirable because of the brand, the other less so. Are they that different though? Continue reading “Dansette Senator vs Elizabethan Pop-10”
Picked this beauty up at Cash Generators for under £50.
That in itself is a bargain, but a tatty paper label on the back promised more. Maybe? Continue reading “Cambridge Audio A5 bargain with bonus.”
A catch up with a friend led to the retrieval of some reel to reel tapes from his loft.
He hasn’t got anything to play them on. The plan is for me to investigate and, if I found anything worthwhile, digitise it. Continue reading “Tapes in the attic.”
